Seaford Con Club
The new Seaford Con Club opens this Saturday (28 February 2026) and our yoga class, at the new time of 9.30am is the first event there!
It’s 7 Dane Road. Used to be the Shore pub, opposite Bacca’s. Parking on the street, in Morrisons (if you’re shopping there later), or there’s a car park opposite the side of Morrisons.
Our room is looking good, - It’s the parquet floor from the old building - and has cosy central heating. It promises to be better by Saturday.
Do come and join me!
Remember - 9.30am start - gives you more Saturday for other things.

2-3 August 2025
I shall be away this weekend (2-3 August 2025), leading a meditation retreat in the Midlands - so I’m sorry, but there is no class at the Con Club on Saturday morning.
The Sunday class at the Leisure Centre will be covered by another lovely teacher.
I look forward to seeing you on my return.
Many thanks,
Rosie Waters x
Claridge House Retreat
What a lovely yoga weekend we had at Claridge House over the Bank Holiday!
We were blessed with beautiful weather, which meant we could enjoy the glorious gardens for our walking meditation and mantra circle.
As always, the accommodation was first class – it’s such a treat to have a single en-suite room. The food was superb, and the welcome, as ever, was warm and loving.
We keep the group small, which means it gels well and everyone can feel included. Two ladies preferred to use a chair and were still able to take part, despite their limitations.
