Seaford Con Club
The new Seaford Con Club is up and running and going from strength to strength!
Lots of activities there and membership is very, very reasonable
Pop in and see at 7 Dane Road, (the old Shore pub location), opposite Bacca’s.
Our room is looking good - it’s the parquet floor from the old building and has cosy central heating.
But you don’t need to be a member for everything - for example…
One of the best activities there is the Vajrasati Yoga class at 9.30am on Saturday mornings - earlier start gives you more Saturday for other things…
Gentle, traditional yoga. Take it at your own pace. Suitable for everyone, including beginners…
Why not come along and see. (Let me know if you need a mat).

We enjoyed a morning of yoga, meditation and Christmas nibbles today.
Our last class at Seaford Con Club before it moves to its brand-new town centre location in January.

I shall be away this weekend (2-3 August 2025), leading a meditation retreat in the Midlands - so I’m sorry, but there is no class at the Con Club on Saturday morning.
The Sunday class at the Leisure Centre will be covered by another lovely teacher.
